What are the available shipping options and their corresponding costs?
We offer two shipping options within Klang Valley to best suit your needs:

Orders placed before 12PM will be delivered on the same business day. |

Orders placed after the 12PM cutoff will automatically qualify for delivery on the next business day. |

Do you ship to areas outside of Klang Valley?
Yes, we do ship to locations throughout West and East Malaysia. However, some of our gift sets may contain items that are not ideal for long-distance shipping. Please contact us here before placing your order to ensure that it can be successfully delivered.
Can I schedule for my order to arrive on a specific date?
Yes, you will be able to choose your desired delivery date once your order has been confirmed. Please contact us here with your order number.
What if no one's home to receive the order?
The order will be return back to our warehouse and we will re-arrange for a new delivery time with additional charges.
What if I need to make changes to the delivery address?
Please contact us soonest possible in order for us to make necessary arrangements. Late notice of delivery changes will incur additional charges.
